Calculator and utility inputs

The calculators and developer utilities are designed to run in your browser. The site does not require an account, payment details, or a profile, and it does not intentionally store calculator inputs such as salaries, mortgage figures, childcare estimates, SQL, JSON, JWTs, regex tests, currency conversions, stock investment scenarios, Fantasy Premier League Team Planner searches, Fantasy Premier League Mini-League Scout league choices, Best Squad settings, sports fixture guide preferences, petrol price search filters, Garmin Data Analysis & Modelling filters, or custom countdowns on TallyKind servers.

The Fantasy Premier League Team Planner uses a manager ID, pasted FPL entry URL, or manager and team-name search terms to fetch public FPL data. It does not ask for an FPL password and does not intentionally store FPL search terms. TallyKind may temporarily cache public Overall standings rows, such as public team names, manager names, ranks, totals, and manager IDs, so name search can work without repeatedly scanning the same public FPL pages. If you choose Remember on this device, the Team Planner stores only the manager ID in this browser under tallykind-fpl-team-planner-manager-id-v1. Fantasy Premier League Mini-League Scout can also store the last successful league ID locally under tallykind-fpl-league-scout-league-id-v1 and reuse the saved manager ID to list public classic leagues for that manager. Those saved values are removed if you clear browser storage. Fantasy Premier League Best Squad uses public player, price, availability, and fixture data without needing a manager ID.

Avoid pasting live secrets, production tokens, bank details, or confidential personal data into any utility.

My Sports Fixture Guide stores selected sports, competitions, teams, custom interest text, and subscription preferences locally in this browser under tallykind-my-sports-fixture-guide-preferences-v1. Sports Event Countdown stores filter preferences locally under tallykind-sports-countdown-preferences-v1. Custom Sports Countdown stores the custom events you add locally under tallykind-custom-sports-countdowns-v1. These values are device-only unless you export, copy, create a shared link, or otherwise share them yourself.

Utility share buttons create URLs that can include current tool inputs or settings, such as amounts, dates, selected currencies, stock symbols, manager IDs, filters, subscription choices, and custom countdown details. Anyone with the link can open the same view, so do not share links containing confidential information.

Garmin Data Analysis & Modelling is different from most browser-only calculators because an uploaded Garmin export archive must be processed by TallyKind's server-side analyser integration. The browser sends the zip archive to TallyKind, and TallyKind forwards it to the separate fitness-data-analyser API service to produce summaries, charts and model results. Uploaded archives are intended to be processed for that request and not reused by TallyKind for advertising. If you do not upload an archive, the utility can use the analyser service's built-in example archive for testing.

Information this site may process

• Essential preference storage: your cookie choice is stored locally in your browser so the banner can remember it.
• Optional device-only tool preference: if you turn on Remember on this device in the Fantasy Premier League Team Planner, your last manager ID is stored in local browser storage so the field can be pre-filled on your next visit. FPL League Scout can also remember your last league ID locally for the same device-only convenience.
• Sports planner local storage: My Sports Fixture Guide, Sports Event Countdown, and Custom Sports Countdown may store selected sports, teams, competitions, custom interest text, subscriptions, filters, and custom events locally in your browser. These preferences are not used for advertising.
• Shared utility links: if you use a share button, the current utility inputs or settings are encoded into the URL you choose to copy or send. This can include calculator amounts, dates, selected currencies, stock symbols, Fantasy Premier League manager IDs, sports filters, subscription choices, or custom countdown details. TallyKind does not create a public server record for those shared links.
• Technical logs: the hosting platform may process basic request data such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, dates, times, and error data to keep the site secure and available.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: if enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics and its Real User Monitoring beacon may process page path and page performance data so TallyKind can understand which tools are used and whether pages load reliably. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies, localStorage, or fingerprinting for analytics. Read Cloudflare's data collection documentation.
• Contact messages: if you email DRJS Software & Consulting Ltd, your email address and message are used to respond to you and manage the request.
• Feedback form submissions: if you suggest a calculator, the idea text and any optional name or email address are used to understand the suggestion, fix issues, plan improvements, or reply where appropriate.
• Fantasy Premier League tools: if you use the Team Planner, the site processes the manager ID, FPL URL, league ID, global rank, manager name, or team name you provide to retrieve public FPL data and produce suggestions. It may keep a short-lived server cache of public FPL standings rows to support team-name lookup. Fantasy Premier League Mini-League Scout can process a league ID or manager ID to retrieve public standings and public classic league membership. If you use Fantasy Premier League Best Squad, it processes the selected outlook and budget settings to build a squad from public FPL data.
• Multi-sport utilities: My Sports Fixture Guide uses your selected date range to retrieve public sports schedules from TallyKind's curated list and public event feeds. Your selected sports, competitions, teams, custom interest text, and subscriptions are used in your browser to filter the returned schedule. Custom Sports Countdown can send the event, team, or competition search text and optional sport filter you enter to public sports data services, then stores only the countdowns you add locally in your browser.
• Garmin Data Analysis & Modelling: if you upload a Garmin export zip, the archive and selected filters are sent to TallyKind and forwarded to the separate fitness-data-analyser API service so it can parse activities, calculate summaries, fit performance models and return charts or model diagnostics. If you run without an upload, the analyser service uses its built-in example archive.
• Market and currency tools: if you use the currency converter or stock investment calculator, the site processes the amount, currency choices, stock search terms, selected stock or ETF, and date you provide to retrieve public exchange-rate and market-price data and return the calculation.
• Petrol & Diesel Price Finder: if you enter a postcode or allow browser location access, TallyKind sends the postcode or approximate coordinates server-side to retrieve nearby public fuel-station prices and station histories. The search is used for that request and is not intended to create a TallyKind account or location profile.
• Future advertising: if Google AdSense is enabled, Google and other advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve ads, limit repeated ads, measure performance, detect fraud, and personalise ads where allowed. TallyKind does not use your calculator inputs to personalise ads.

Google advertising and choices

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this site or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to TallyKind and other sites on the internet.

Cookie consent

Essential storage is used to remember your choice. Optional advertising and cookie-based analytics storage stays off unless you allow it. Cloudflare Web Analytics is separate from the optional analytics-cookie setting because it does not use analytics cookies or localStorage. If Google ads are enabled for visitors in the UK, EEA, or Switzerland, TallyKind should use Google's Privacy & messaging consent tools or another Google-certified consent management platform before ad tags collect consent-controlled data.

Why information is used

TallyKind uses information to provide the site, remember privacy choices, respond to messages, review calculator ideas and corrections, maintain security, understand which pages are useful, improve performance through Cloudflare Web Analytics if enabled, and support advertising if AdSense is approved and switched on.

The likely lawful bases are legitimate interests for site operation, security, and cookie-free aggregate performance analytics; consent for optional cookies or advertising where required; and legal obligation where records must be kept.

Sharing

Information may be handled by the hosting provider, email or feedback delivery providers such as Resend where enabled, Cloudflare where DNS, security, caching, or Web Analytics are enabled, the Fantasy Premier League public API where the FPL tools are used, public sports event data providers where sports schedule or event search tools are used, Google where advertising is enabled, the separate fitness-data-analyser API service where Garmin archive analysis is requested, public market-data and exchange-rate providers where live finance tools are used, and professional or legal advisers where necessary. Local utility inputs, sports fixture guide preferences, and custom countdowns are not intentionally shared by TallyKind unless you choose to export, copy, or share a link containing them. TallyKind does not sell calculator inputs.

Retention

Cookie choices stay in your browser until you change or clear them. Contact and feedback messages are kept only as long as needed to respond, review corrections, plan calculator improvements, or meet legal obligations, then deleted or archived when no longer needed. Cloudflare Web Analytics reporting is managed by Cloudflare and is used in aggregate form.

Children

TallyKind is a general-audience utility site for adults and older users making household planning decisions. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's personal data. Parenting calculators are intended for adults and do not store child details.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional cookies. UK users can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if they are unhappy with how a privacy issue is handled.

Reviews and changes

This notice should be reviewed when advertising, analytics, hosting, contact forms, or calculator data handling changes. The next planned policy review is 29 August 2027.
