Where a calculation depends on rules, use the calculator notes and year selector, then verify important figures against official guidance such as HMRC, GOV.UK, your lender, your payroll provider, or a qualified adviser.
Mortgage, affordability, ISA, pension, salary-sacrifice, FIRE, compound-growth, stamp-duty, rental-yield, renovation, and tax-related outputs may differ from real offers, payslips, assessments, fees, charges, insurance, rates, regional surcharges, and provider rules.
Feeding, sleep, nappy, nursery, and childcare-hour tools are practical planning aids. They do not replace advice from clinicians, childcare providers, local authorities, or official eligibility services.
